Despite Lorenzo's efforts, the police managed to detain four men and seize two other birds, hundreds of weapons, and marijuana.
The police commander stated this is not the first time drug cartels have trained animals, especially birds, to alert them of nearing authorities.
Officers involved in the raid mentioned Lorenzo continuously yelled "Run Run" and a woman's name during his transport to police headquarters.
