Clinton Out of Hospital; Blames McDonald's Shakes
After a national fright yesterday, President Clinton is out of the hospital and in good spirits. The president was last hospitalized for several days during the 2004 election and had to undergo heart surgery. This time it was less severe. The president complained about heart pains and checked in, tests conducted and he has been released today:

The president blamed those delicious McDonald's shakes. 'I just can't resist, they are too delicious; especially the strawberry,' he stated to the hospital staff. He added: ''O those shakes.'
The doctor blamed Clinton's diet of three Crispy Creme donuts and Malt Milkshakes ever morning, along with the president's extreme sex drive.
No, no, this is all a joke. Clinton had an incredibly poor eating habit when he was president and gained an enormous amount of weight relative to where he was when elected. The president was known for his inability to ever commit to a jog, he'd get tired and once even pulled into a McDonald's after quiting his run.
But since he heart surgery he has been on a strict diet and such heart problems are not a bad sign and only reflect his recent overbooked schedule.
Along with President Bush (Jr.), he has been raising money for Haitian relief and even visited the island with his daughter Chelsea.
I got to see Clinton once and he is a great and dynamic speaker. I hope he gets well, there are few more engaging characters in American politics.
I like this guy!
