I often mock the Israeli mossad - and rightly - for being in reality a clumsy and unskilled agency as opposed to its fabricated image of being an Alpha in the intelligence world. And here's the proof,in part, I cite:
South Africa deported an Israeli airline official last week following allegations that Israel’s secret police, the Shin Bet, had infiltrated Johannesburg international airport in an effort to gather information on South African citizens, particularly black and Muslim travellers [sic].
A trainee spy for Israel’s secret service agency Mossad was arrested by Tel Aviv police while taking part in a training operation, media reports say. The young trainee was spotted by a female passer-by as he planted a fake bomb under a vehicle in the city.
But as stupid as the Mossad is, it has got nothing on the C.I.A. Tom Weiner's definitive history of the C.I.A. "Legacy of Ashes" should been titled "Legacy of Dumb-asses." The C.I.A. is unbelievably inept. I do not have time nor space to go over Weiner's book - just read it and you'll see for yourself how this institute cannot get its head out of a bag.
But forget about book if you want when the media provides evidence of the idiocy of C.I.A. officers.
You cannot make this stuff up. This is how stupid Americans are. They are so brainwashed with propaganda that al Jazeera is some nefarious organization that they actually think its transmitting secret messages and that some dude actually have developed capability to intercept these messages:
"Six years later, Playboy magazine has revealed that the CIA fell victim to an elaborate con by a compulsive gambler who claimed to have developed software that discovered al-Jazeera broadcasts were being used to transmit messages to terrorists buried deep in America. Dennis Montgomery, 56, the co-owner of a software gaming company in Nevada, who has since been arrested for bouncing $1m worth of cheques, claims his program read messages hidden in barcodes listing international flights to the US, their positions and airports to be targeted."
Idiots. At least they were wasting time doing this and not overthrowing some democratic regime for U.S. corporate interests.
And the stupidity of both groups is that "shared values" between the U.S. and Israel we so often hear about.
