This is really one of the most disgusting, horrible and spine chilling news, cannabilism. Wang Chaoxu of Qixian village, in Yunnan, south west China, suffers from epileptic fits. He was unable to work so his nurse wife left him. Desperate for a cure he clutched at every straw, it seems there is an old wives tale going round that if an epileptic patient eats a child's brain with earthworms and ants he would be cured. perhaps desperation totally blinded his logical thinking and he abducted a 11 year old Li Xuetang and took out his brains and ate them with earthworms and ants. The body of the unfortunate child was found buried three miles away in a grain field in a neighbouring village. The top of his head was peeled off and his brain was ripped off apparently eaten by Wang. Wang Wenzhong, the village leader, found two blood stained rocks in the field and some fractured bones, before the boy's body was discovered buried nearby, also a villager Zhang Huansheng saw a man kneeling over him, and holding him by the neck.
Wang was arrested and the whole gory episode came to light. Now police is also trying to find a link between the missing three-year-old girl, who was reported missing on the same day, may also have become one of his victims.
