Watching pornography can become addictive, the more you watch the more you seek. Pornography casts lasting images, like drugs, sexually explicit images are BURNED into the memory. You get caught in its grip and normal porn does not arouse you any more. You long to see other fantasies fulfilled. A need for sexual content involving violence, animals or children grows.
Despite governments, worldwide attempting to stop sexual abuse of children there is a growing trend to watch child pornography, which is a shame on humanity.
Those who advocated pornography citing that easy access to porn in a society equates to a decrease in sexual crime, others consider pornography essentially dehumanizing for women and is likely to encourage violence against them. In the entire process one thing is for sure that making of pornography sometimes involves, or even requires, violence and sexual assault.
Pedophilia and Nepiophilia is the worst form of hardcore sadistic pornography.
While majority of sex crimes against children are perpetrated by situational offenders rather than people sexually preferring prepubertal children, child pornography encourage the same. The production of child pornography does involve child sexual abuse, it encourages sexual interest in children and lowers the threshold of a person's willingness to engage in sex with a child. Pedophiles use pornographic photos to demonstrate to their victims what they want them to do. In all it builds a sexual appetite amongst adults for minors.
So what in essence are the ill effects of porn?
• Children and adolescents who participate in the production of pornography experience adverse, enduring, life damaging effects.
• The children are doubly abused: at the time the films or videos or pictures are made, and then when others observe their victimization in the years to come and get turned on sexually by observing the children being sexually used.
• Child pornography invariably produces great shame and guilt in the children involved, especially as they get older and more fully comprehend the enormity of their abuse and know that there is a permanent record of their degradation out there, circulating around for people to see--maybe future friends or their own children when grown up
• Pornography is devoid of love, relationship, responsibility, mentions nothing about the risks of sexually transmitted diseases,
• Prolonged use of pornography increases beliefs that less common sexual practices are more common.
• Exposure to Pornography May Incite Children to Act Out Sexually against Other Children.
• Simulated child pornography (adult models portrayed as children) desensitizes the consumer to child pornography.
In theory child pornography is prohibited the world over. Most prohibit visual depictions of sexual activities involving actual children under a specified age. Where recent bills are making it illegal to take or distribute lewd photos of children, judges are setting perpretators free for downloading child pornography.
What people fail to understand is that watching child porn in essence is a crime.
Today the pornography industry is a lucrative trade. The world wide web through the internet has made it easier. Vast economic empires that thrive by pornography think of it as ok for human consumption. A large nexus of offenders, distributors support the despicable child porn trade. Those who need to be protected and nurtured the most become the first victims of pervasive abuse.
