Can't we leave Yuvraj alone, let him live his life...

SPORTS. .

It is really a bad decision to drop Yuvraj by the selectors. Why his personal lifestyle is discussed so much. And not to forget, News channels and past cricketers have been escalating this issue like anything.

Have you seen any news channels ever trying to support a poor performing player supporting him and instill confidence in them. When that would happen, even a low performer would be prepared to give a second thought to improving himself and come out winners.

Every cricketer is not Ganguly, who can come out from nowhere, everytime he is axed. It requires lot of courage and strength to fight against all odds.

What is Yuvraj doing wrong, when he is trying himself shaking a leg. He too is a human being and no one plays cricket 24 hours a day. To forget his poor form, he is trying to divert his mind and get some freshness by mingling with other celebrities.

There is one thing for sure as a sportsman, when you are not playing your game properly and there is some technical glitches in your game. It is not easy to keep playing matches one after other. There should always be a coach who closely examines his technique and he starts practising and give some time to give good reflexes and finishing. Does every coach really take care of trying to correct their batsman's techniques.

So, it is fine taking a break from your game, trying to divulge your worried mindset to some other activities. That is what Yuvraj doing. Please don't criticise them.

Every one knows form is temporary and class is permanent. When you all too agree on that thought, why not give a break to these players think.

Our cricket loving people trying to say that if you are not performing well in cricket, you stop smiling, dancing and living a satisfied life. Why people are relating his on-field performance with his personal life.

People should not forget when, Yuvraj was a regular in our team, he was playing kho-kho under the reigns of Greg Chappel, he got his injury problem and is still struggling. It is very normal to be scared that if he goes under knife for surgery, there is not enough guarantee that he would be able to play cricket. Any person would refrain from undergoing such surgeries where success percentage is less.

Commentators say that he is no longer lightening. Previously, he had never had such an injury so he was fearless and ready to dive and take those difficult chances. Once, you are injured, you got to be careful that you don't hurt yourself again because, recovery in such injuries are very slow and many times no results come out. He is not made of rubber - he too has flesh and bones and they can get aged. It is his livelihood so his first priority is self protection. If he cannot protect himself from recurring injuries, how would he able to play for india for so long.

India, failed collectively in facing short-pitched bowling. There is no point in targetting Yuvraj alone. One more thing, our fast bowling has no longer got that bite and everytime either it is spinners or part timers coming in to fill in the mainline bowlers deficiencies.

If India has to get on top, it has to practice not only batting short pitched deliveries but also learn well targetted short-pitched bowling. If they can manage that, every opposition would know that such deliveries are no longer useful as India has overcome that issue.

I still maintain and would say, Dhoni or whomsoever the mantle for captaincy goes with, you cannot play our team without Irfan Pathan and Yuvraj Singh. Trust these players and give them longer stint, try to listen to their problems. Instead of just criticising and not helping them solve their technilaties, there is no point of cribbing here and there and talking about their failures.

Every senior cricketer starts criticising current players, they forget - they too had bad times - didn't they. In fact, they were so lucky not to be criticised to the extent today's cricketers have to face. If they are really concerned about the current lot, please come forward and try to pass on their skills to our current lots.

What mistakes they did and how they rectified if they start sharing with our cricketers, it would truely do great justice to what they have in them. Every skills and achievements would go futile without being transferred to the next generation.

There were so many cricketers in the past despite their bad performances series to series and year by year - still they were considered. Remember one series, when India was not finding a good middle order and despite Vengsarkar good enough to score 20-30 runs was considered for playing for the country. And you saw the outcome of it, he went on to become a prolific batsman and scored many centuries and consistently performed. Why can't current

cricketers be given due consideration.

Why compare the earnings of our current cricketers with our incomes. Had you been a cricketer, you too would have made money. By any means, SOMEONE'S WEALTH CANNOT BE YOURS.

Then why not put an end to such discussion. If anyone wants to raise to that high earning income levels, get into right profession and start earning.

Too much of exposure is happening on cricketers life :

What they do?

What they wear?

Whom they meet?

Are they attached to someone's love?

How much they are earning?

Where and how they spend their proxy hours off the field?

Come on, give them a break...

One thing for sure, you cannot keep a good cricketer out for so long else you are killing upcoming cricketer's abilities when they can improve and excel as they have enough time to give themselves honing their skills. Allrounders, should not be ignored if they are not able to bowl, they are still a great batsman. History shows, every bowler has not been always successful - there is always a day when some batsman would come and hit you all around the ground.

Every batsman at some point of time go through bad patches still, they are respected for their abilities. Allrounders try to fill in the gap by doubling their contributions still, they are left out.

Every cricketer - shouts youngsters youngsters youngsters...

They don't respect experience and skilled players. Is Laxman so bad not to be featuring even in a single one day series. We hardly play 4-5 test matches in a year now. So much are we seeing Laxman's abilities as a batsman and mind you, he still comes out and proves his critics wrong time and again.

So losses should not seen so much that you forget their achievements and instead of keeping faith in their abilities, you start criticising them.

Message to all players in contention, please stop playing politics. Think about India as a single unit and respect everyone's abilities. Sport should not be overruled by comments made in the news channel about other cricketers.

When playing sports, just play sports and bring goodwill and reputation to our country.

Remember, the entire world is looking at you when you perform, you can bring enemies closer as your friend and instill love in each other's minds by playing games.

Wake up Indians... Change your thinking... Support our players...

Not only cricket... but every sport being played by an individual...
