Can democracy survive without bloodshed?

Kenya is burning, Iraq is burning, Pakistan is burning ' Yes, Democracy can't be perfect, however, it's demanding more and more blood than ever. Developing a democratic movement in all regions of the world is increasingly becoming unfeasible today owing to the failure of world powers to promote political liberalization and democratic transition in the authoritarian systems. 'Free and Fair' elections is needed to activate the democratic setup but it has erred in now indicating that it is more or less 'free and fair' killing of innocent people emphasizing the narrative that democracy is nothing more than feigned dictatorship.
