Brother Auctions Off Sister To Highest Bidder
POLITICS.
Incognito Incognito.
Like a farm animal 20-year-old Azizan, divorced mother-of-2, was auctioned off by her brother (with whom she was living) to a 50-year-old man, Bilawal Bhutto. He wasn't the only one interested in buying a young woman, as if she were a cow or a sack of rice.

Azizan, daughter of late Allah Bux Bhutto, was divorced on the allegation of Karo-kari some time back. She is stated to be mother of two children and was residing with her brother who held the open auction for her ‘sale’ at village Badani Bhutto. A large number of villagers showed interest in the auction that started with Rs50,000 and ended at Rs270,000.
Apparently he paid Rs210,000 upfront and will receive the "merchandise" when he pays the balance of what he owes. The total amount is to be equally divided amongst all of Azizan's brothers.
So not only does this young girl suffer the indignity of being sold to the highest bidder, the man she is sold to is more than twice her age and old enough to be her father.
Another example of how women are considered nothing more than chattel, a piece of property to be sold to the highest bidder.
