Brian D. Philips named FedEx Kinko's CEO

FedEx Corp. has named Brian D. Philips president and chief executive of FedEx Kinko’s, the parent shipping company’s office and print services division.

Philips had been acting chief executive of FedEx Kinko’s since the end of March, when former CEO Ken May resigned. The promotion was announced Wednesday.

Philips joined FedEx Corp. in 1993 and is the former vice president of U.S. marketing for FedEx Services.

FedEx Kinko’s, headquartered in Dallas, has a worldwide network of 1,900 stores in 11 countries.

FedEx Corp., which also owns shipping divisions FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight, is headquartered in Memphis.

FedEx shares rose $1.46, or 1.6 percent, to $91.07 in trading Wednesday.
