One of the Bollywood's best known music composers, Naushad Ali, has passed away.

The veteran composer died at the age of 86, after suffering from a heart attack in Mumbai , where he had been in hospital.
His son Iqbal Naushad told that, Naushad had been admitted to hospital some time ago because of heart trouble.
The iconistic composer Naushad had recently said in an interview that he was yet to compose his best music.
With his death, a generation of music composers, specializing in Indian classical music has ended.
The funeral would be held some time during the day.
