Several bodies have been found in a northern New Jersey home under circumstances that were not immediately clear to authorities.
Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli says law enforcement personnel found the bodies when they arrived at the home in Tenafly (TEN’-a-fly) around 6 p.m. Friday.
Molinelli says the number of bodies was not immediately known because authorities had yet to obtain a search warrant for the residence. He says it is not immediately clear whether the deaths were homicides or if they were caused by carbon monoxide poisoning.
Tenafly is a community of about 14,000 located about 10 miles north of midtown Manhattan.
