The fact that the mother and brothers of the woman are working and are earning handsomely, it is no ground to say that she is not entitled to any maintenance. Their incomes cannot be said to be her income.
Now my questions are:
Is that a duty of husband to feed wife after marriage? Then government must ensure that all men must have job after completion of his education.
Really in India, nothing is specified by wife's duty and husband's right!
How can the court say that her(wife) brother's and her mother's income are not the wife's income? Then why do daughters demand their father's property?
Is the wife illiterate in this particular case? Who restrict her not to get a job? Who can stop her to earn money? Who said after marriage the wife must not have financial support from her parents and siblings?
It is the duty of husband to take the financial burden of wife after divorce? Then what is the duty of the wife after divorce to her ex-husband?
