Before Addressing Identify, Kashmir Issue & Issues of Kashmir
Kashmir remains a bone of contention between two Parallel line counties. India & Pakistan from decades now. Lives in thousands have been sacrificed, many buried & many have got disappeared and displaced. But the tension remains at the position of its status quo. Although many leaders and politicians announced and offered their best possible to resolve the issue but at the end all has gone in vein and faded in thin air between the two theories of “Integral part” & “Jugular Vein”. Now the Question is, What went wrong with this Interregnal Part ? New Delhi claims to have left no stone unturned to resolve the issue. But it is an admitted fact that mistake being made in methods of addressing the core issue. New - Delhi has to identify the “Kashmir Issue” and “Issues of Kashmir” on priority . What Delhi seems to be addressing are the Issues of Kashmir & not the Kashmir Issue. Because by elections they have tried to address Issues of Valley like Water, Electricity, Roads & Schools but not the “Kashmir Issue” which demands proper addressing of Kashmirie Sentiment. Many leaders have always succeeded to give a false belief to New Delhi that Kashmir is all about- (Pani, Bijli aur Sadak Masile) Water, Electricity, Roads and development issues. These so called leaders have always tried their level best in misguiding the Centre for their vested interests. Now the time has come when New Delhi has to come up with a final word or continue with keeping their eyes blind folded to result in more Chalos and public outrages which always surprises and amazes them. Kashmir issue is one which is potent enough to keep on haunting India tirelessly.In conclusion, let India chalk out a purely out of the box settlement to this contentious issue once for all. Else new ways of public demonstration can not be banned or stopped. The more Centre goes hard the more people of valley become trick to dilute their such policies on valley. So before initiating any dialogue or talks with the leaders of valley, Delhi has to come up with some concrete solution for resolving Kahsmir. This will also certify the sincerity of New Delhi on Kashmir and giving a reason to belief to many Kashmirie who hardly believe on such offers offered by New Delhi.
