Amitabh Bachchan: I left the 'Aag' premiere to be with my ailing mother
Actor Amitabh Bachchan disapproved the news that sprung from his latest release, Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag under Ram Gopal Varma's direction. The buzz is that Big B is disappointed as his recent release with the same director has flopped at the box office and that was the bone of contention between the megastar and Varma.

Though the film had lots of expectations but it has proved to be one the greatest flop for Mr. Bachchan and without any doubt he has blamed Varma for it. As a matter of fact Amitabh cited visiting his ailing mother, Teji Bachchan when he left Sholay's remake 'Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag' midway.
He said:
What can I do? People will talk. I can't live my life in accordance with wagging tongues. Yes, I did leave the 'Aag' premiere early as my mother's health has taken a turn for the worse.
Big B is trying to spend as much time as possible with his mother alongwith other family members. He is trying hard to make possible with her and dividing his time between shooting at Yashraj Films and rushing to the hospital.
It may be true to a certain extent that Amitabh left the premiere to be in the hospital but the very fact remains strong that any actor would never accept his own failure so easily.
