American 13-Year Old Climbs Everest
Who said America isn't the greatest? Check this out: America's very own Jordan Romero from Big Bear, California (and in one moment you'll see why his hometown name is so fitting) has just become the youngest person ever to climb Mt. Everest at the age of 13.

Everest is the world's highest mountain at 8,850meters.
Romero is a committed mountain climber who instead to climb the highest mountains on all seven continents and the highest peaks in all 50 American states. Very patriotic. U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.!
He's a good deal on the way there. He has already climbed five mountain including Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa.
On his path toward the Everest top he was accompanied by a team which included his paramedic father and guides.
Over 4,000 people have climbed to the top of Everest since the New Zealander Sir Edmund Hillary and the Nepalese Tenzing Norgay Sherpa.
Prior to Romero, the youngest was 16-year old Temba Tsheri Sherpa of Nebal.
You says that America doesn't rock? I mean, we are the nation of recoding breaking. America is a record!
