13 Year Raped Victim give birth to an Orphan Boy

This unlucky baby has both mother and father but still he is an orphan reason being his 13 year old mother was abducted by her neighbour Chotey Lal Yadav on 3rd October last year. Her father a constable with the CISF lodged a complain with the Delhi police. He provided the details of accused and even his permanent address. But the police with reasons best known only to them failed to act and rescue the girl.

It took them 11 months to rescue the minor from Ludhiana and arrest the kidnapper but by that time it was too late. The poor girl had been raped and worse she was also eight months pregnant. Obviously the doctors refused for medical termination of the pregnancy, and on Sunday night a baby boy was born.

The parents of the poor girl are happy to get their daughter back but they belong to a lower middle class with a single income and five children, the father of the young mother is unwilling to take the burden of a new born baby.

He wants the relatives of the father who is behind the bars of the child take the responsibility as he is unable to do so. As it is the unwilling grandfather has to do his job, feed his family, and as they have already wasted one year in this case he does not want his family to suffer anymore. He is planning to take his daughter back to his village and wait till she turns 18 so that he can marry her off. She was studying in class IV when this incident took place.

He is planning to shift to another locality where no one knows about this case. He also wants action to be taken against the Delhi Police because of their inaction the things reached this stage.

One thing is clear, at least the father is willing to take his daughter and fully support her. It reflects the changing scenario a welcome one.

But what about the unwanted child, the result of mindless act of depravity by the kidnapper. Though innocent No one wants him.
