Instablogs Comment Policy
Hi everyone! As we all know that Internet is a wonderful place, but we have repeatedly noticed that it can also provide people with the means to insult and harass others without taking the full responsibility for their words. Also, it's not only about the freedom of expression but being respectful to others viewpoint while being polite and honest at the same time.
You are free to disagree, but you are not free to attack people simply for your amusement. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it on Instablogs. Here users are more than welcome to disagree but not at the cost of disgracing and disrespecting others. So, the next thing that follows is our comment policy, clearly telling the dos and don'ts.
1. Spam Comments: Do not use this platform for any kind of promotion. We'd really appreciate if the conversation in comments is limited to the context only. No signatures in the comments and links other than related to the context are entertained. Also, no advertising, which means selling of a product or services, is permitted.
2. Abusive Language: Using inflammatory words, abusive language, hatred, foul words and punitive remarks against any person, race, community or creed will be put off. Jeering, sneering, condescending, intended instigation, and disrespecting others opinion will hurt the feelings of fellow members. So, any such manner in the comments will find those quietly and unceremoniously removed.
3. Repetitive/ Duplicate Comments: Posting the same comment again and again will be subject to moderation and deletion subsequently. Also, re-posting a stale, canard rant you've posted before, won't find a place.
4. Porn: Using porn images and links to porn sites in comments will be considered as the most serious offense and violation of Instablogs' Terms of Use. While doing so, users' accounts will be subject to suspension.
5. Language: Instablogs is currently only an English-language content site. Please do not submit comment in languages other than English. However, as we're expanding, we would love to include other languages too in the near future. If you would like to see Instablogs in your language, please email us through our contact page.
