Responsibilities:
- Generate ambitious and well-designed product ideas based on member needs and company strategy
- Drive a product through its entire development cycle, from concept to launch, with a strong focus on details but never losing sight of the big picture
- Gather information and requirements, set and track the most relevant metrics to a product, track past projects and identify ways to optimize them
- Shape the product vision, drive the roadmap and define the user experience for all consumer facing product initiatives
Requirements:
- Very strong leadership and management skill
- A strong understanding of current web technologies, standards and how the web ecosystem is evolving
- Experience and success in using team-based software development concepts that drive to iterative launches
- Strategic and holistic thinking to balance and prioritize short-term solutions with long-term vision

- Responsible for design and implementation of various aspects of our iPhone/iPad applications, such as UI design, web UI design
- Be able to quickly prototype user-friendly layouts and graphical element
- Understand the fundamentals and best-practices of designing for the iPhone and web
- Think outside the box to take existing and new designs to the next level
- Previous iPhone Design experience (any kind of iPhone design in your portfolio is a huge plus)
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of visual design, information design, and interaction design
- Strong typography skills are a must
- Project management skills are critical including adaptability, time management and meeting objectives
- Must be a self-learner with strong creative problem solving abilities
- Must stay current with design trends and new technologies
