This one is interesting. A man in Faisalabad (Punjab) in Pakistan has claimed that Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachan is actually his younger brother who ran away from home in his childhood to work in movies. In other words, at least one person claims that the Big B is originally a Pakistani Muslim. 
Pakistani news sources have all the same sort of news post available about this claim. A man named Jaffar Hussain of Faisalabad says that Amitabh is his younger brother and was named Subh Sadiq (literally ‘dawn’) till he ran away from home to Karachi with the help of one named Amir Badshah to work in movies, later to make his way to Mumbai.
Jaffar Hussain claims that Amitabh (or Subh Sadiq, as he says) ran away from home in 1963 and that his father had also registered a case against Amir Badshah for helping Amitabh run away from home. Hussain also claims that a sister of his (and allegedly of Amitabh’s) was very fond of Amitabh.
So now Big B, what do you have say? Deny your Pakistani-Muslim origin as claimed? Or just have a good laugh at the claim as we are having?
